Just in time for Christmas, Pixelwave Web Design is pleased to announce the release of the new Cymric Cards website.

Pixelwave Web Design started work on the site in mid-November with the aim of completion in the New Year, but thanks to good communication and diligent effort on behalf of Janet Baxter and Pixelwave Design the site is now live.

The brochure style website changes with the seasons and showcases some of the greetings cards and postcards produced by Cymric Cards using photography by Janet Baxter. The cards are available to individuals and wholesale and feature Welsh landscapes, Flowers, Dolphins, Birds, Farm animals, butterflies, boats, planes and much more. Just a quick update from Pixelwave Web Design to let you know that the Watch Obsession Weblog project that I’ve been working on has now gone live and the Webmaster is putting it to good use and updating it regularly.

As anyone who has read any of the web design and Search Engine Optimisation articles on this site will know, ‘Content is King’ when it comes to getting good search engine rankings. A weblog or any other type of Content Management System that allows a webmaster to easily and regularly update and add such content to a website can therefore pay dividends.

Such a system is of course only as good as the content that is added using the system and all too often people don’t use them to their full potential. It is therefore great to see that Watch Obsession are off to an excellent start and have been adding good quality, relevant content on a regular basis. Pixelwave web Design has recently started work on an eCommerce website for a plant nursery in Wales.

Pantyfod Garden Nursery is open to visitors and has a wide range of habitats as well as views across the surrounding countryside. All plants offered for sale by Pantyfod Gardens are grown in their own gardens and many are rare or unnusual.

Their new website will include information about the gardens and some of the techniques involved in cultivating their plants and will also feature an eCommerce section containing a comprehensive plant catalogue allowing the purchase of the plants by mail order.

I shall be working on the site over the coming weeks with a planned release date early in the new year.
